小型軽量AUVの中核を担うメイン制御システム、および外部ユーザー向け二次開発プラットフォーム（SDK）の開発を担当していただきます。海中という過酷で制約の多い環境下でも安定して稼働する、自律航行・制御・通信のソフトウェア基盤をつくり上げるポジションです。実証試験における迅速な機能実装を進めながら、将来の量産化・社会実装を見据え、堅牢性・拡張性・保守性を備えたプロダクト品質のソフトウェアへ昇華していただくことがミッションです。研究開発段階の技術を、実際に顧客が使える製品へと進化させるダイナミックなフェーズに携わっていただけます。 また、GitHub Actions等を活用したCI/CDパイプラインの構築、自動テストやシミュレーション環境の整備を通じて、チーム全体で高品質なコードベースを維持する開発体制づくりもリードしていただきます。

Company Overview
We are a startup supporting the future of the marine industry through the social implementation of domestically developed AUVs (Autonomous Underwater Vehicles / underwater drones). We aim to build next-generation infrastructure for ocean operations such as underwater inspection, offshore energy, and subsea security—fields that have traditionally relied on manual labor and high operational costs.
Description
This position is responsible for developing the core control system of our compact and lightweight AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle), as well as a secondary development platform (SDK) for external users. You will build the software foundation for autonomous navigation, control, and communication that can operate reliably even in the harsh and highly constrained underwater environment. Your mission is not only to rapidly implement new functions for field testing, but also to evolve research-stage technology into product-grade software with robustness, scalability, and maintainability for future mass production and commercial deployment. In addition, you will lead the establishment of a high-quality development environment across the team by building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, introducing automated testing, and improving simulation environments.

ROS2（Foxy/Humble等）を用いたロボット開発の実務経験（2年以上） 通信アーキテクチャ設計、ノード間同期、QoS設定などの深い理解。

Git / GitHub を用いたチーム開発経験 Git Flow 等のブランチ戦略に基づいた開発および、プルリクエストベースのコード レビューを通じた品質担保の習慣。

Linux環境における開発・運用スキル Dockerを用いたコンテナ化、およびGitHub Actions等によるCI/CD環境の構築・運用経験。

コード品質へのこだわり 静的解析ツールやユニットテストの導入経験、および保守性の高いコーディング能力。

2+ years of professional experience in robotics development using ROS2 (Foxy / Humble, etc.) Deep understanding of communication architecture design, node synchronization, and QoS configuration.

Experience in team development using Git / GitHub Experience with branch strategies such as Git Flow, and maintaining quality through pull request–based code reviews.

Development and operational skills in Linux environments Experience with containerization using Docker, and building/operating CI/CD environments using GitHub Actions, etc.

Strong commitment to code quality Experience introducing static analysis tools and unit testing, with the ability to write maintainable code.
