Job Description
Working Environment
- Upon onboarding, you can choose your preferred development environment (Mac or Windows, monitor, mouse, etc) within a certain budget.
- We operate on a flextime schedule with no core hours — you're free to choose your own start and end times as long as you meet the monthly required hours.
- Our work primarily takes place in the office to foster teamwork and creativity. However, we do allow you to work from home some of the time (about 20 hours in a typical month if you don't do overwork).
Salary
- Annual salary paid in 12 monthly installments (including 45 hours fixed overtime allowance).
- Stock options are available based on your preference.
Other allowance
- Commutation allowance with a upper limit (30,000 JPY per month)
Holidays
- Saturday, Sunday, national holidays
- Year-End and New Year Holidays: December 29th to January 3rd each year (period may vary).
- You can selectively take Wednesdays off after a probation period.
- 15 days of a paid leave after 6 month. 18 days after another year, 21 days after another 2 years (maximum)
- 3 days of Flexible Holidays that can be used every year
- Congratulatory and bereavement leave, maternity/paternity leave, etc
