Join the team behind Sakana Chat 🐟, Sakana Marlin 🐬, and Sakana Fugu 🐡. As the Product Marketing & Growth lead, you will be responsible for building the Go-to-Market (GTM) foundation from scratch and establishing marketing and growth mechanisms for Sakana AI's AI-powered products. This is an opportunity to shape the entire marketing and growth strategy for a cutting-edge AI company.
Key responsibilities include:
- GTM strategy development - Create comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products
- Positioning and messaging - Develop compelling product positioning and key messaging that differentiates Sakana AI
- Content strategy - Create educational and marketing content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, etc.)
- Customer awareness - Build brand awareness and thought leadership in the AI market
- Growth experimentation - Design and run experiments to identify effective growth channels and tactics
- Community building - Engage with developer communities, researchers, and practitioners
- Partnership marketing - Develop and execute co-marketing partnerships
- Analytics and measurement - Track marketing metrics and optimize for growth
- Customer research - Conduct market research to inform product and marketing decisions
- Cross-functional collaboration - Work with product, sales, and engineering teams to align on strategy
必須スキル
- 3+ years of product marketing or growth marketing experience
- Strong writing and communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and product launches
- Understanding of B2B and/or B2C marketing and growth principles
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns
- Ability to work independently and own projects end-to-end
- Creative problem-solving skills
