概要 / Overview
MUSEでは小売店舗向けに自律移動ロボットの開発を行っています。自律移動ロボット開発においてソフトウェアチームの一員として、主にクラウドを含めた物理的なロボットの動作を保証するテストにおいて、テスト計画の立案、テスターの指揮、テスト作業の実施ができるメンバーを募集しています。創業メンバーの一員ですので、必要であれば自分ができることは何でも行う意欲のある方を歓迎します。 At MUSE, we are engaged in the development of autonomous robots tailored for retail stores. As part of our software team, we are looking for a member who can ensure the operational integrity of physical robots, including cloud-based components. The role involves devising test plans, leading testers, and conducting testing activities. As a founding team member, we welcome individuals who are eager to contribute broadly and take on whatever tasks necessary.
具体的な業務内容 / Responsibilities
- テスト計画の立案 / Test Planning
- ソフトウェアと物理的なロボットを統合したテストの計画作成 Develop test plans that integrate software with physical robot systems
- テスト要件の抽出、準備すべきテスト環境・工数・スケジュールの検討 Identify testing requirements, and prepare the necessary test environments, resources, and schedules
- テスターおよびテストプロセスの管理 / Management of Testers and Testing Processes
- テスターや技術スタッフへのタスク割り振り、進捗状況・品質管理 Assign tasks to testers and technical staff, managing progress and quality control
- ロボットの操作手順や安全規格に沿ったテスト手順書およびテストケースの準備・レビュー Prepare and review test procedures and test cases in compliance with robot operating protocols and safety standards
- 各チームとの調整（ソフトウェア開発、ハードウェア開発、設計部門など） Coordinate with various teams including software development, hardware development, and design departments
- 物理的ロボットを含むテスト実施 / Conducting Tests Involving Physical Robots
- ソフトウェアシミュレーション環境と実機ロボット環境の両面からテストの実施 Execute tests both in software simulation environments and with actual robots
- 不具合の報告および追跡管理、ロボット動作の安全性や耐久性に関するフィードバック Report and track issues, providing feedback on the safety and durability of robot operations
- リグレッションテスト（回帰テスト）や長時間稼働テストなど各種テスト手法の適用 Apply various testing methods, such as regression tests and long-duration performance tests
応募資格（必須）
- ソフトウェアテストに関する基礎知識（テスト設計・テスト手法など） Fundamental knowledge of software testing (test design, testing methodologies)
- テスト計画の策定およびテスターやチーム管理の実務経験 Experience in drafting test plans and managing testers or teams
- 物理的なロボット（産業ロボット、サービスロボットなど）やハードウェア装置のテスト・評価経験 Experience testing and evaluating physical robots (industrial robots, service robots, etc.) and hardware devices
- テスト管理ツール（例：JIRA、Redmineなど）や不具合管理ツールの使用経験 Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Redmine) and defect management tools
- 英語に抵抗がないこと（簡単なコミュニケーションが取れれば構いません） Comfortable with basic communication in English
応募資格（歓迎）
- ロボット工学や制御工学、電気電子工学の知識 Knowledge in robotics, control engineering, or electrical and electronic engineering
- ロボット動作を自動化するテストツールの活用経験（自動試験装置など） Experience with automation tools for robot testing (e.g., automated test equipment)
- アジャイル開発やDevOpsにおけるテストプロセスの知識 Knowledge of testing processes in Agile development and DevOps
- テスト自動化スクリプトやプログラミングの基礎スキル（Python、C++など） Basic skills in test automation scripting and programming (e.g., Python, C++)
- 日本語でのコミュニケーション能力 Ability to communicate in Japanese

雇用形態・ワークスタイル / Employment Type & Work Style
・正社員（※業務委託契約希望の方、相談可能） Full-time employee (*Contract-based work is negotiable upon request.)

・フレックスタイム制（コアタイム：月～金 10:00～15:00） Flextime system (Core hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00–15:00) ・完全週休２日を基本とする Standard two-day weekend (Saturday & Sunday) ※フレックスタイム制のため個々の判断でフレックスタイム内で始業時間・終業時間を各自の決定に委ねた結果、週休１日（月曜日起算として日曜日までの１週間で休日が１日）となる場合は有り *Note: Under the flextime system, employees have the flexibility to determine their own start and end times within the flextime window.
