As a Recruiter at Sakana AI, you will source and engage exceptional talent across engineering, research, and business roles through direct outreach. This role is critical to building the world-class team that will drive Sakana AI's growth and impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Talent sourcing - Identify and attract top talent using direct outreach, LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Pipeline building - Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates across engineering, research, and business functions
- Candidate engagement - Conduct initial outreach, screen candidates, and assess fit for open roles
- Interview coordination - Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Offer management - Work with candidates through the offer process and negotiation
- Relationship building - Develop relationships with candidates and stay in touch with passive candidates
- Market research - Stay informed about talent market trends and competitive hiring practices
- Employer branding - Represent Sakana AI positively to potential candidates and in the broader market
- Hiring metrics - Track recruitment metrics and work to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire
- Compliance - Ensure recruitment practices comply with regulations and company policies
必須スキル
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology or startup environments
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Japanese (Business level)
- Ability to understand technical roles and job requirements
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, etc.)
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Understanding of hiring processes and candidate experience
