Join the team behind Sakana Chat 🐟, Sakana Marlin 🐬, and Sakana Fugu 🐡. As a Product Sales & Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding Sakana AI's products to enterprise clients and other customers. This role is critical to translating product innovation into revenue and market presence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business development - Identify, prospect, and qualify potential enterprise customers
- Sales execution - Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and closing
- Account management - Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Customer education - Demonstrate product value and help customers understand how Sakana AI solutions address their business needs
- Pipeline management - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track progress against targets
- Collaboration with product and marketing - Work with internal teams to understand competitive positioning and product capabilities
- Customization and implementation support - Work with customers on deployment and integration of solutions
- Revenue targets - Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas
- Market feedback - Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product roadmap
必須スキル
- 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience or proven track record in B2B sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Japanese
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a sales-driven role
- Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Understanding of sales metrics and CRM tools
- Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with C-level and technical decision-makers
- Track record of quota achievement and sales success
