■Job Description H2 Corporation develops human-centric AI and software technologies with the mission to revolutionize the construction industry. Starting with "KISO," our SaaS platform that visualizes on-site budgeting and cost management, we now offer "AI Sekisan" (AI Estimation)—a service that automates construction estimation by leveraging cutting-edge AI training methods and development approaches.
To rapidly scale our business, we raised 310 million yen in August 2024 from prominent investors, including Spiral Capital, JAFCO Group, Boost Capital, One Capital, and US-based MetaProp.
■Background We are expanding our business through a multi-product strategy to drive DX (Digital Transformation) across the entire construction industry, focusing primarily on mid-sized general contractors and subcontractors. To fuel this growth, we need to rapidly develop MVPs and continuously test our hypotheses. With the recent explosion in user adoption, the number of new products we want to launch is increasing. Therefore, we are looking to expand our team and bring on new members who can lead these product launches from the ground up.

■Responsibilities
- Develop algorithms for the automatic and semi-automatic processing of 2D architectural blueprints/drawings.
- Optimize, lightweight, and speed up models to ensure seamless integration into users' daily workflows.
■Tech Stack & Development Environment
- Frontend: TypeScript, Vite
- Backend: Go, Rust
- Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes (k8s), Terraform / OpenTofu
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Development Tools: GitHub, Figma, Lucid
- Collaboration Tools: Slack, Confluence
応募要件
- 4+ years of experience in deep learning and image processing algorithm research or development.
- Experience in selecting, building, and evaluating training datasets.
- Hands-on experience with OpenCV and at least one major deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, JAX).
- Ability to stay up-to-date with relevant research papers/trends and effectively propose and implement new ideas.
- Proven track record of taking projects through the entire lifecycle, from PoC (Proof of Concept) to production.
- Ability to design appropriate model evaluation KPIs aligned with business requirements.
- Experience in model optimization (lightweighting and acceleration) while maintaining model performance.
