職務内容
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Middle-Level QA Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in software testing—either manual or automation—who is eager to contribute to high-quality product releases in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute testing activities for web applications and/or APIs, depending on expertise.
- Create, review, and maintain clear and effective test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Report bugs clearly and track their resolution.
- Contribute to test planning and test coverage improvements.
- Learn and grow in automation or advanced testing techniques as part of ongoing development.
応募要件
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing or test automation (experience in both is a plus, but not required).
- Experience working with web or API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or browser-based testing frameworks.
- Basic understanding of automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, or similar is a plus (if manual tester).
- Experience with bug tracking and test case management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with SQL or other database query tools.
- Interest or basic knowledge in AI/machine learning is welcome.
- Japanese language skills are a bonus.
