H2Corporation is a rapidly growing Tokyo-based SaaS company developing an innovative vertical AI platform in the 13 trillion-dollar construction industry. Our platform is already transforming the landscape through cutting-edge technology and AI-driven solutions. We recently exited stealth mode, raised funding from the top VCs in Japan and the US, and are accelerating our product development and go-to-market initiatives.
As a Forward Deployed Product Manager you will conceptualize construction domain knowledge and customer requirements into a secure, reliable and scalable system that integrates our homegrown AI capabilities with best-in-class UI/UX.
Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of product development across web and AI technologies
- Work closely with customers in the US to define needs, develop product requirements, and translate to product designs and features
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and business stakeholders for fast-paced development and continuous product improvement

- 5+ years of full-cycle product development experience across web and AI
- Proven track record in working closely with customers to define requirements and lead product requirements
- A hands-on, leadership-by-example mindset that embraces hard work and execution
- Business-level proficiency in English reading and writing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing products for the construction industry
- Hands-on development or implementation experience with AI technologies (e.g., image recognition, LLMs)
- Knowledge about enterprise system integration is a big plus
- Experience in product management or involvement in business development
