H2 Corporation is a rapidly growing Tokyo-based SaaS company developing an innovative vertical AI platform in the 13 trillion-dollar construction industry. Our platform is already transforming the landscape through cutting-edge technology and AI-driven solutions. We recently exited stealth mode, raised funding from the top VCs in Japan and the US, and are accelerating our product development and go-to-market initiatives.
As a Frontend Engineer you will deliver the best UI/UX utilizing homegrown AI to help our users in the construction industry get their jobs done much faster with better quality.
The Role
The ideal candidate is excited to be an early member of the engineering team of a well-funded startup. You'll play a significant role in designing, developing and iterating UI/UX, including building interactive canvas through which users interact with AI.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a performant frontend that brings best UI/UX.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring AI values to our products and services, optimizing for technical and cost performance, and aligning with user needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in web/native technologies and methodologies, evaluating and adopting new tools and frameworks as they are released.
- Continually improve products based on data-driven insights from users hearing and monitoring metrics.
応募要件
- 5+ years in software development in a fast-paced tech environment.
- 4+ years of experience building frontend in product settings.
- You're comfortable with TypeScript and frontend frameworks such as Vite.js, Next.js (strong requirement).
- You can make hypothesis about users needs and quickly validate upon fast prototyping before making final decisions
- Strong teamwork via collaboration, documentation and public communication
- Ability to optimize app performance is a big plus given that our product includes handling a large number of objects and their interactions with users on canvas
